New Museum of Contemporary Art

New York, NY

For the newly constructed New Museum of Contemporary Art, EverGreene was commissioned to paint over 100,000 square feet of gallery and public spaces. A fast pace was required to meet the production schedule. Scaffolding and lift systems were bought in to paint the 16-foot-high walls in the gallery spaces. Intumescent paint was applied on exposed steel beams and columns, and the lobby ceiling was repainted after installation to match the existing wall color.
