We are proud to share that two of our EverGreeners, Ann Lowry Brown, and Megan Kinneen, are featured in the November issue of the New York Real Estate Journal’s Women in Commercial Real Estate 2021 Spotlight.
Ann Lowry Brown is an Associate Business Developer of the Northeast, joining EverGreene in 2017. This year she was promoted to Associate Business Developer, taking the lead on projects including Queens Plaza, the Museum of Early Trades and Crafts, 15 Hudson Yards, and the recent work at United Palace Theatre. Congratulations, Ann Lowry!
Megan Kinneen is an Assistant Project Manager, joining EverGreene in Fall 2020. This year she was promoted from Senior Project Engineer to her current position. Prior to joining EverGreene, Megan was a project coordinator during the design phase of a major restoration and renovation of a historic house museum in Boston, MA. Congratulations, Megan!
