Open House New York (OHNY) Weekend is an annual festival that opens 200+ places across the five boroughs for behind-the-scenes tours and special access at skyscrapers, power plants, artist studios, and everything in between.

The 22nd annual OHNY Weekend festival will take place October 18-20, 2024. Attendees will get a behind-the-scenes look at new buildings reshaping the skyline, public works facilities keeping the city running, parks offering respite, state-of-the-art performance spaces, manufacturing workshops, private collections, and much more.

We are delighted to support the 2024 OHNY Theme of Preservation Innovation! On Friday, October 18th, EverGreene will open our Brooklyn Studio in Industry City for tours, live demonstrations, and an interactive Q&A session, showcasing the roles of conservators, designers, craftspeople, and artists.
