Jim Cecil joined EverGreene in 2017 as Director of Sales bringing over 20 years’ experience in the chemicals and coatings industries and an expertise in business coaching and leadership. He is focused on planning and executing EverGreene’s sales strategy and improving our ability to deliver sustainable, long-term improvements in revenue, market share, and profitability. Jim leads EverGreene’s business development team, overseeing direct implementation and execution of policies and practices, market analysis, lead generation & developing sales opportunities.
Jim’s career began as an enthusiastic painter’s helper on construction sites which led to increased responsibilities and promotions to Crew Leader then Foreman. After graduating from Western Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Jim took his extensive trade knowledge and love of the industry and joined the Sherwin-Williams Company where he consistently climbed the ranks prior to joining EverGreene, and served as the lead Account Executive for their Diversified Brands, covering the Northeast.
Jim enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to new places and the game of golf.
