Kristi Nickerson joined EverGreene in 2015 to develop and lead the Human Resoureces fuction overseeing all HR initatives including employee engagment, benefit programs, compliance and recruitment for the firm. As a member of the management team, Kristi has implemented EverGreene’s corporate policies and spearheaded leadership development initatives.

Kristi served as Non Executive Director of North America and Latin America at Ashwood Executive Search International, a UK based global executive recruitment firm. She is a die-hard football fan and Miami Dolphins devotee.
