An architect by trade, Chad joined the team to lead as Chief Operating Officer in October 2022. Chad brings over two decades of leadership and exceptional management skills to highly complex projects.

Chad previously worked with HDR, a global design firm, specializing in engineering, architecture, environmental and construction services, where for the past six years he served as the Managing Principal of their Boston office. Prior to his role at HDR, Chad spent 19 years with CBT Architects, advancing steadily from Designer to Principal and Chief Operating Officer. With his sharp focus and a quiet talent for consensus building, Chad leads high level clients and stakeholders through the design and construction process. He has a highly collaborative approach, keen ability to see the large vision of a project, and experience paired with understanding of how multiple, interdependent components need to come together amidst constantly changing dynamics, are keys to the success of his projects.

Chad holds an AB in Visual and Environmental Studies from Harvard University and a MArch in Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin.
