Brick, Plaster, Paint Restoration, 19th Century Building, National Mall, Washington DC (NDA?)—Private

Washington, DC

EverGreene worked with Atkinson Noland & Associates Engineers to perform tests on historic materials in an iconic 19th century building on the National Mall in Washington DC. Working within an occupied Federal building, we staged work areas around staff schedules, removed failed materials, performed tests and restored bricks, plaster, and paint in time for the occupants to return on their regular schedules. Work occurred in numerous locations, consequently, without interfering with regular operations at the site. The project was completed in 2018.
