Coming up on February 22, 2018, The New York Landmarks Conservancy is pleased to offer its Young Professional members an exclusive tour of EverGreene Architectural Arts’ new studio in Industry City, led by Founder, Jeff Greene. The event will run from 4:00–5:00 PM.
Industry City is an historic shipping, warehousing, and manufacturing complex on the waterfront in the Sunset Park neighborhood of Brooklyn dating from the 1890’s. It was the first facility of its kind in New York City and the largest multi-tenant industrial property in the United States.
Industry City comprises roughly 40 acres, including 16 original buildings, and is home to a diverse mix of businesses encompassing artisans, garment manufacturing, data centers, and warehousing.
EverGreene Architectural Arts is the leading decorative arts studio in the U.S. Founded by Jeff Greene in 1978, it has undertaken large-scale interior conservation, restoration, and new design work for public and sacred spaces in every historic architectural style from coast to coast.
