Join DLFNY, Aurora Lampworks, EverGreene Architectural Arts and the New York Public Library for a fascinating behind closed doors exploration of the renovated Rose Reading Room at the library’s landmark 5th Avenue location. We will learn about the skill and craftsmanship used to restore this majestic space, the challenges faced by the design team, and how the twenty-two magnificent 1500 pound chandeliers were reinvigorated and given a new lease on life for the 21st Century.
The evening will conclude with a reception of drinks and light refreshments at the magical Bryant Park Grill, where our speakers will be able to answer further questions.
