BACKJeremy Pickett joined EverGreene in August 2025. As a Senior Cost Estimator, he is responsible for analyzing drawings, specifications, and site conditions to develop accurate project budgets and proposals. He translates field and production knowledge into detailed quantity takeoffs, labor hour projections, and material requirements.
Jeremy collaborates closely with project managers, business development staff, and clients to ensure pricing reflects both the scope of work and real-world conditions. His role is critical in balancing competitiveness with profitability, providing the financial backbone for EverGreene’s proposals and contracts.
Prior to joining EverGreene, Jeremy worked as a furniture design entrepreneur for his business Pickett Furniture, Inc. for 15 years, where he oversaw the daily operations of a custom furniture and fabrication company. As a visionary with an owner mindset, he has an eye for interior design that allows him to to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and create exceptional client experiences. He gained recognition Best in Show from the LA Times for Dwell of Design’s 2012 furniture expo for his all-in-one entertainment console retro design that takes us back to an imagined 1940s and 50s.
Jeremy holds his BA in Journalism, Ball State University, Muncie, IN and has taken courses in Digital Design from the Parsons School of Design in New York, NY.
