Michael Dunton started at EverGreene in March of 2025 as a Business Development Coordinator. In his role, he collaborates with EverGreene’s conservators, project managers, and design studio to craft proposals that align with client goals. He specializes in supporting EverGreene’s theater restoration projects, working closely with project teams to expand the firm’s legacy of restoring more than 400 theaters nationwide and advancing its leadership in the performing arts sector.

He plays a key role in executing complex takeoffs, preparing estimates, developing proposals, and coordinating with clients and contractors to support EverGreene’s mission to bring artistic and culturally enriched spaces to communities nationwide.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and has extensive experience working in the performing arts as a touring musician. His on-site construction experience combined with his background in the arts allows him to be an effective liaison between clients and EverGreene’s restoration and design specialists.
