Join us at EverGreene Architectural Arts in Brooklyn for an intensive full-day workshop with visual presentations, studio demonstrations, and hands-on activities. Gain an understanding of investigating, documenting, designing, repairing and replicating historic plaster elements and painted finishes from start to finish. Learn about factors to consider in developing treatment options, drawings, specifications, samples and mockups. Solutions for integrating new acoustic plaster with historic plaster will also be explored. EverGreene and BASWA technical specialists will also discuss integrating new acoustic plaster with historic plaster. Each participant will receive study materials and a bibliography. This workshop qualifies for 6 LU/HSW credits. Breakfast and lunch are included in the registration fee. Optional reception will follow.
