David Gibbons joined EverGreene in January of 2021 as a Project Manager, based out of New York, and will manage projects in the Northeast. He brings a decade of experience working collaboratively with vendors, architects, consultants, and key stakeholders to drive complex projects from inception to completion. Prior to joining EverGreene, David worked as Project Manager of Facilities & Capital Projects at Pace University, where he built an all-gender locker room, a new computer lab, and spearheaded preconstruction efforts to restore antique offices. David became a Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians (SPRAT) Level 1 Technician in May 2024.

David holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Information Systems from Pace University in New York, New York and a Bachelor of Science (BS), Construction Management from University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio. Additionally, David holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute.

When he’s not working, David enjoys volunteering for events such as Macy’s & Ronald McDonald House Triathlon and acting as a team captain and fundraiser as well as serving for the Partners in Time Charity as a team leader & coordinator.
