Toland Grinnell joins EverGreene, one of the nation’s leading specialty construction and restoration firms, as the company’s new President & Chief Operating Officer. Toland brings extensive experience in construction, operations, and client management and will be an integral member of EverGreene’s expanded leadership team.
Prior to joining EverGreene, Toland was Vice President of Building Operations at Jujamcyn Theaters, where he managed the company’s Broadway theater real estate and infrastructure. In 2023, he helped facilitate Jujamcyn’s merger with ATG Entertainment, transitioning to a wider role overseeing theater infrastructure across North America.
“I am looking forward to driving innovation and operational excellence in this new role at EverGreene,” Toland stated, “and to championing our greatest asset—our team of outstanding artists and craftspeople, conservators, and restoration experts.”
Toland started his career as a decorative painter before transitioning to his family’s construction business, where he specialized in the restoration of landmark masonry and cast-iron facades. From 2011 to 2019, he worked at EverGreene as a Senior Project Manager and EverGreene’s first Director of Project Management.
“Toland is rejoining at a pivotal moment in the evolution of our company. With EverGreene’s recent transition to a 100% employee-owned company, Toland’s hands-on approach, extensive construction and restoration experience, and client-centric approach will be pivotal to the company’s ongoing growth and innovation,” said CEO Chad Reilly.
Welcome Toland!
