NEW YORK, NY — July 13, 2026 — EverGreene Architectural Arts is pleased to announce that Jennifer Schork has joined the firm as Business Development Executive, further strengthening its national business development team and reinforcing the firm’s commitment to delivering outstanding service to owners, architects, contractors, and preservation professionals throughout North America.
For nearly five decades, EverGreene has built its reputation by solving intricate preservation challenges through highly skilled craftsmanship, deep technical expertise, and a collaborative approach to project delivery. As projects continue to grow in complexity, the firm remains committed to investing in the talented professionals whose knowledge, experience, and judgment help clients successfully navigate every stage of the preservation process.

Jennifer brings nearly twenty years of experience spanning architectural conservation, preservation consulting, specialty contracting, project strategy, and business leadership. Throughout her career, she has earned the respect of clients and colleagues across the field through her depth of experience, thoughtful approach, and ability to solve multifaceted challenges.
Prior to joining EverGreene, Jennifer served as a Partner at ICR-ICC, an internationally recognized architectural conservation and specialty contracting firm, where she advised owners, architects, and project teams on the revitalization of some of North America’s most significant historic buildings and cultural landmarks. She later founded Schork Consulting, providing consulting and strategic advisory services for historic and existing buildings.
A graduate of Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation (GSAPP), Jennifer has authored publications on repair materials research and case studies and has lectured extensively on technical preservation topics. She is a Professional Associate of the American Institute for Conservation (AIC), Chair Emeritus of AIC’s Architectural Specialty Group, and an Association for Preservation Technology (APT) Recognized Professional. “I’ve spent my career helping owners and project teams navigate complex preservation challenges,” said Schork. “What attracted me to EverGreene was the firm’s reputation for technical excellence, craftsmanship, and its collaborative approach to solving difficult problems. I’m excited to join such an accomplished team and to help strengthen the relationships that continue to shape some of North America’s most important restoration projects.”
