Toland Grinnell has built a reputation of delivering successful projects based on efficiency, team management and skilled craftsmanship. Toland first joined EveGreene in 1987, spending three years as a decorative painter/assistant foreman before pursuing a career as a gallery artist, exhibiting throughout the US and Europe. Upon returning stateside in 2006, Toland took a full-time position as Special Projects Manager of exterior restoration with Urban DC, working on projects that included Riverside Church and the Mercer Hotel.
Toland returned to EverGreene in 2012 as a Project Manager where he has overseen many prestigious projects including the United States Capitol, Kings Theater, The Beekman Hotel, St. Joseph’s Co-Cathedral, Harvard Club, Yale Club, The University Club, Cooper Hewitt Museum, and the Brooklyn Museum. He was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2017 and to Director of Project Management in 2018.
