Toland Grinnell has built a reputation of delivering successful projects based on efficency, team management and skilled craftsmanship. Toland first joined EveGreene in 1987, spending three years as a decorative painter/assistant foreman before pursuing a career as a gallery artist, exhibiting throughout the US and Europe. Upon returning stateside in 2006, Toland took a full-time position as Special Projects Manager of exterior restoration with Urban DC, working on projects that included Riverside Church and the Mercer Hotel.
Toland returned to EverGreene in 2012 as a Project Manager where he has overseen many prestigious projects including the United States Capitol, Kings Theater, The Beekman Hotel, St. Joseph’s Co-Cathedral, Harvard Club, Yale Club, The University Club, Cooper Hewitt Museum, and the Brooklyn Museum. He was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2017.
