Megan’s professional experience in architecture and theater production has built a solid platform of project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, communication and team building. She strives for successful project completion through commitments to safety, communication, and quality.
Before joining EverGreene, Megan worked for several years with a preservation architect, most notably as the project coordinator during the design phase of a major restoration and renovation of an historic house museum in Boston, MA. With over a decade of experience as a scenic designer for theater and art installations across New England, she still maintains design roles in projects with the immersive design firm, Clerestory Light. As an advocate for mentorship, she encourages and supports overall team building for future project managers and the craftspeople and artists onsite. Megan is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure quality in her team’s work.
Megan received her BFA Technical Theatre and Design from Emerson College in Boston, MA and her Master of Architecture from the Boston Architectural College. As a concertina enthusiast, she spends her free time taking lessons and performs occasionally on Instagram for her fan club.
Her impressive portfolio of NYC-based projects includes: Gilding the New Life Building’s dome; restoration of Columbia University’s Casa Italiana Theatre Ceiling; The Frick Collection West Gallery Ceiling; Shubert & Booth Theatre exterior sgraffito; Grand Central Terminal Concourse historical plaster work; and plaster salvage and stabilization at the Waldorf Astoria.
Congratulations Megan!
