Double Win At The Palladio Awards

We are delighted to announce that EverGreene has been honored with two prestigious Palladio Awards from Traditional Building Magazine this year. These accolades recognize our team’s exceptional restoration work on two historically significant landmarks: Michigan Central Station in Detroit, Michigan (Commercial/Adaptive Reuse) and St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Columbus, Ohio’s German Village (Commercial/Ecclesiastical).

The Palladio Awards, which celebrate excellence in traditional architecture and craftsmanship, have acknowledged our meticulous attention to detail and commitment to preserving architectural heritage. The restoration of Michigan Central Station transformed this landmark train station into a modern mobility tech hub, carefully rehabilitating ornate interior details while respecting their historical significance.

“It has been an honor to collaborate with so many exceptional companies on Michigan Central’s monumental adaptive reuse initiative, exemplifying how preservation can serve as a catalyst for community revitalization.”
Chad Reilly, CEO of EverGreene

Similarly, our work at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Columbus, Ohio involved the thoughtful restoration of a beloved community landmark. Our artisans carefully preserved and reinstated the church’s distinctive German-influenced architectural elements and decorative finishes, bringing new life to this spiritual and cultural cornerstone.

These awards reflect EverGreene’s ongoing dedication to combining traditional craftsmanship with innovative conservation techniques. We are honored to have our work recognized by Traditional Building for our commitment to preserving America’s architectural treasures.
