BACKKai Ladd-Griffin is a highly skilled leader, manager, and craftsman who holds over two decades of historic restoration
experience working in challenging construction environments, historic landmarks, museums, and occupied public spaces. Kai joined EverGreene in 2015 as a Foreman and was promoted to Superintendent in 2020. He returned to EverGreene in 2024 as a Senior Project Manager after working as a Project Manager at Jujamcyn Theaters and Capital Project Manager at Ambassador Theatre Group. There he led multimillion-dollar restoration and improvement projects for historic venues. His portfolio includes the meticulous restoration of architectural elements such as ornamental plaster, facades, and structural components in high-profile and landmark settings.
Kai began his career specializing in 18th-19th Century New England home restoration and design. His deep knowledge of historic materials and techniques, combined with modern project management skills, ensures innovative, high-quality solutions that preserve historic integrity while promoting excellence and collaboration.
He studied Physics and Engineering, Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH and at The New School in New York City.
