Dumbarton Oaks Fountains

We were contracted by A. Morton Thomas to assist in the assessment and improvement of the fountain water system throughout Dumbarton Oaks, the grand Georgetown estate. Conservators assessed each of the many historic fountains to determine what impact the improvement would have on the original stone and metal elements. After the initial survey the client has engaged the team to develop treatment plans and specifications for implementing the recommended work.
