Federal Building Limestone Facade Assessment
Washington, D.C.
Upon the request of Citadel DCA and General Services Administration (GSA), we reviewed the existing conditions and deficiencies of the former New Post Office currently known as the William Jefferson Clinton Federal Building located in Washington, DC. The property was constructed in the New Deal era in 1934.
Our team documented cases of stone deterioration in the limestone and recommended treatment consistent with the GSA historic preservation guidelines. We then oversaw and provided quality control during implementation of the work.
