Women Builders Council Recognizes Sarah Kloze

The Women Builders Council (WBC) recognized EverGreene’s Director of Project Management, Sarah Kloze, in 2023 as one of this year’s Outstanding Women Builders. WBC honored all of the NYC winners at its 18th Annual Champion Awards Gala on October 19th.

Kloze was chosen as a 2023 WBC Outstanding Women Builders for her work within her organization and her influence within the industry. Kloze is a pioneer for women at EverGreene leading the largest team of restoration experts across the country. She spent the first decade of her career developing hand-eye and scoping skills as a painter and architectural conservator; the following decade as owner’s representative; planning and managing projects, portfolios, and multiple teams. She was able to learn about the financial and logistical side of project management, and the systems and tools required to keep projects moving smoothly.

Over the last decade, she has been focused as a specialty contractor at EverGreene learning to be resilient and agile. Kloze responsibly led the historic restoration of many major NYC projects, including the New York Public Library’s Rose Main Reading Room and the Rainbow Room.
