During the annually occurring Women in Construction Week, we are celebrating women who are making their mark in construction. As women continue to break barriers, their work opens doors for future generations. We are proud of their accomplishments as every day, we strive for a more diverse and inclusive work environment. Women in Construction is a movement that you can support year-round.
Every year since 1995, March is designated Women’s History Month, honoring women’s contributions in American history. Women in Construction Week is celebrated during the first week. March 8 also marks International Women’s Day (IWD), a focal point in the women’s rights movement. The 2024 theme is ‘Keys to the Future’ celebrating the strength and knowledge of women and the vital role they play in shaping the future of the construction industry.
