2021 Architectural Finishes Research (AFR) Conference

Colors & Textures of the World

EverGreene is proud to participate as a speaker and sponsor for the 7th international Architectural Finishes Research (AFR) Conference, held virtually from January 14-15, 2021.

The theme “Colors and Textures of the World” was chosen to represent all the cultures that create the AFR community. The conference’s body of members include paint analysts, architectural conservators, material scientists, scholars, decorative painters, architects, and heritage managers from all over the world. Each presentation will cover scientific research, the history of materials, color palettes over time, and historic uses of architectural finishes. We especially want to thank our own Brooke Russell, AIC Professional Associate and Conservator at EverGreene, who has been a dedicated Conference Committee Member since 2016.

You can now watch the presentations by two EverGreene staff members on our youtube channel. We invite you to visit the links in the sidebar to learn from these engaging and thoughtful lectures.
