BACKMargaret “Molly” O’Neill is a Business Development Associate and works closely with the Design and Mural Studios to develop proposals and strategies that connect clients with EverGreene’s diverse services. Based in New York, she brings together technical estimating skills, project management experience, and a strong network within the design community to support EverGreene’s mission of preserving and enhancing both sacred and public spaces nationwide.
She focuses on the Sacred Space Studio, where she partners with architects, parishes, and institutions to support conservation and new liturgical design initiatives, bringing clarity and creativity to complex projects. Molly has played a key role in numerous sacred space projects, including St. Joseph’s Sanctuary in Crescent Springs, and St. Mary’s Catholic Center in College Station.
Beyond sacred spaces, her portfolio includes preservation efforts at Planting Fields Tea House and the Empire State Building Lobby Ceiling, as well as public art conservation for Yale University, Columbia University, the Pérez Art Museum Miami, and the Hudson River Park Trust.
Molly actively represents EverGreene in the professional community as a member of the Professional Women in Construction New York Chapter. Her roles allows her to regularly visits design studios throughout NYC to present EverGreene’s capabilities, share expertise, and build new collaborations. These outreach efforts strengthen EverGreene’s visibility and foster relationships that connect the firm’s craftsmanship with new audiences.
Molly holds a BA in Art History from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN and is certified in Construction Estimates & Bids by NYU’s School of Professional Studies.
