The Beekman Hotel

New York, NY

Originally constructed by James Farnsworth as Temple Court in 1883, 5 Beekman Street is now home to the Beekman Hotel. EverGreene performed restoration work throughout the building, including the nine-story atrium. EverGreene craftsmen meticulously removed floor tiles, cleaned them, replaced those that were broken and reinstalled them back in their original pattern. They also performed restoration of historic plaster ornaments and restoration of wood elements. EverGreene restored the metal and wood railings of the atrium and cleaned the cast iron details.
