Toland Grinnell joined EverGreene in 2024 as President & Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining EverGreene, Toland was Vice President of Building Operations at Jujamcyn Theaters, where he managed the company’s Broadway theater real estate and infrastructure. In 2023, he helped facilitate Jujamcyn’s with ATG Entertainment, one of the world’s largest operators of live performance theatres and music arenas

Toland’s career has been a remarkable journey through the construction and restoration industry, marked by a steady evolution from talented craftsman to executive leader. Toland progressively built his expertise in interior and exterior specialty construction and restoration. As a Senior Project Manager at EverGreene, he demonstrated his dedication to operational excellence. His leadership qualities led to his appointment as EverGreene’s first Director of Project Management earlier in his career. As President & COO, Toland works closely with Department Directors and the CEO on advancing innovation and operational excellence. 

Toland holds a BA in Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts in New York City.
