As EverGreene’s head cost estimator, Matthew works hand in hand with project managers, administrators, and marketing personnel to provide essential cost information, budgets, and bids, as a primary contractor or a sub-contractor, each tailored to the requirements of the client. This includes precise cost-schedule planning and coordination to ensure that a project can be completed on time and on budget. Mr. Martin also is involved in other aspects of project development and management.

He earned his degree in Urban Planning and Geographical Information Systems from California State University in San Bernadino, CA. He has been a cost estimator in the construction industry for many years and is a valuable resource for estimating, bid preparation, and cost analysis.
