Most of us have spent more time peering into beautiful spaces, rather than stepping foot into them recently; however, our deep appreciation for art, architecture, and design remains strong! As life begin to turn the corner, this October’s event line-up will accommodate all personal comfort levels – including in-person site visits, outdoor tours, and virtual lectures and workshops.
Be sure to check out the offerings in NYC locally (or join in virtually from wherever you are!) and peek into a few of EverGreene’s projects (live or on screen) as you enjoy the curated tours, events, and lectures from our friends at OHNY, Archtober, and Cooper Hewitt’s National Design Month. Mark your calendars today!
Open House New York Weekend
Each October, Open House New York Weekend unlocks the doors of New York’s most important buildings, hosting the city’s largest FREE, public design, culture, and infrastructure festival. From historical to contemporary, residential to industrial, hundreds of sites across the five boroughs are open to visit, with talks, tours, and special programming led by architects, engineers, preservationists, historians, city officials, and others over the Weekend. OHNY offers an extraordinary opportunity to experience the city and meet the people who design, build, and preserve New York, catalyzing a citywide conversation about how to build a better New York.
